THIS IS A
You're not just working on yourself, but setting an example for everyone else around you.
It's easy to become complacent. It's even easier to forget about exercise and health altogether. You get married, have kids, get busy with work, and before you know you feel tired, out of shape, and don't know where to begin. And when you jump back in, your body doesn't work like it use to, and before you know you're injured and gained an extra ten pounds. If any of this sounds familiar, just know you're not alone. I've been there. The keyword here is 'been'. I'm no longer there. Know that we can change things, together.
