Introducing our Be Strong/Live Strong: Summer Bootcamp, the perfect opportunity to kick-start your fitness journey this June! Join us for a 4-week, outdoor program where you'll have the chance to try something new and take your exercise routine to the next level.
• Beginner Friendly
• A variety of workouts, including cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises, to challenge your body and prevent boredom
• Outdoor workouts in the beautiful Omaha and Bellevue area, providing fresh air and natural surroundings that can improve mental health and reduce stress
• A supportive group environment that can increase motivation and accountability, as well as provide a sense of community and connection with other participants
Classes will be held at a local park between the midtown and downtown area on Mondays and Wednesdays.
